Do you have offer gift wrapping?

We offer free gift wrapping on any purchase!

What is your in-store returns and exchange  policy?

You may always return or exchange regular priced merchandise purchased online at our store within 30 days of the ship date. Just bring your original invoice, and the unused or defective merchandise with tags in place & we will be happy to return or exchange it for something else.

What is your return policy by mail and for online orders ?

Fill out the return portion of your sales receipt indicating that you would like a store credit. Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice and tags, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. A store credit will be issued and sent to your billing address within 14 business days upon receipt.

What do I need for an exchange?

Check the "exchange" box on your original invoice, and list the item(s) you would like to receive in the space provided. Then, include the invoice along with your tagged merchandise in a box and ship it to the address below via insured mail. We'll send in-stock items to you right away.

What else should I know about returns and exchanges?

  • All returned merchandise must be accompanied with original invoice.
  • All returned merchandise must have the tags in place.
  • We will not accept exchanges or refunds on merchandise that has been used in any way.
  • We do not except exchanges or refunds on gift cards.
  • We will not accept exchanges or refunds on items purchased at the physical store.
